Eco-friendly glasses are near-perfect. They are not refurbished; they are 100% functional and aesthetically pleasing, but they have been worn by a customer who chose to change their frames. However, we personalize our frames in a minimal but permanent way. They are discreetly laser-engraved on the inside of the right temple:

– at the front end (front side), near the hinge: the customer’s first name, nickname, or other distinguishing mark
– at the back end of the temple: the customer’s number, indicating their place in the brand’s history (example: #463).

This personalization is completely invisible from the outside: no one can notice it when you wear the glasses, whether from the front, side, or back. Only you will know.

By purchasing this type of model, you expressly accept this minimal feature.

It’s also possible that, sometimes, the eco-friendly glasses for sale might simply be a frame that has never been sold before, but for one reason or another, we decide to sell them at a 10% discount, and therefore without any customization for a previous customer.

Our eco-friendly glasses are fully covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you change your mind about the frame or lenses, you can return your glasses for an exchange of equivalent value (with adjustments if the new product is more or less expensive), or request a refund. However, this prior customization is not a valid reason for return under the satisfaction guarantee. This customization is knowingly accepted at the time of purchase.

Eco-friendly eyewear comes in two forms:

• Either it’s a non-prescription model, and you buy it as is, without any modifications, with no other option than an optional A or B warranty and your choice of accessories. All the information about these glasses is listed on the corresponding product page (frame type, lenses, coatings, availability of high-end thinned lenses, etc.). Delivery of these glasses may be faster than the usual delivery times indicated on our website.
• Either the lenses are pre-prescription, or they’re fitted with your prescription. We reuse the previous customer’s frame and mount your lenses with your prescription. This way, you can truly choose the lenses you want (if available with the frame, which is almost always the case): NIGHT, NIGHT PRO, NIGHT DRIVE, DAY Mineral, DAY Organic—all with your prescription, your choice of coating, your choice of lens thinning, progressive lenses available—in short, everything is custom-made for your lenses. You can also choose an A or B warranty, and your accessories.
