Free satisfaction guarantee, within 60 days of shipment of your order.

This guarantee is  free and automatic.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction for 60 days after the shipment date of your order (not the order date).

The starting point of our calculation is also not the date of receipt of your order, this being a non-verifiable data in the absence of confirmation by signature. We base ourselves exclusively on the shipping date .

If, within these 60 days, for whatever reason , your glasses do not suit you, you can request one of the following solutions:
1. An exchange with a new pair more suitable (with possible partial refund depending on the case, or payment of the difference by the customer).
2. A full refund (according to the conditions below).

Support process
 :
– You will have to participate in a video call (Whatsapp or Google Meet), wearing the glasses, to explain your dissatisfaction (size, comfort, aesthetics, etc.).
– If the complaint is accepted, you will be able to choose between exchange or refund .

📌 Specific conditions:
– Adult with prescription: If you wish to keep the original pair, a fee of CHF 100 applies.
– Child with prescription: Fee of CHF 60 to keep the original pair.
– Glasses without prescription: Return required, handled by Loïs Kedochim (prepaid label provided).

⚠️ This warranty does not cover breakage , loss or theft.

📌 To be refunded, the pair of glasses must be returned to us.
– In case of simple dissatisfaction : The pair must be returned in new condition and without any signs of use. It must also be returned with all its original accessories, with the exception of the white packaging; these accessories must also be returned in new condition and without any signs of use. If this is not the case, the refund may be refused.
–  In case of breakage : A refund or exchange is only possible if you have subscribed to one of our two paid guarantees covering this type of damage (see below, guarantee A and B).

📌 ⚠️IMPORTANT: – This free
warranty   within 60 days of shipping your order covers   manufacturing  defects , erosion/wear  inherent to the product (without trauma to the glasses or intervention of elements external to the glasses),  but not breakage or erosion/wear due to even minimal trauma with intervention of elements external to the glasses . The difference between breakage and erosion/wear inherent to the product is left to the sole decision of the Loïs Kedochim brand. Our team carries out multiple quality checks throughout the value chain, it is very unlikely that you will receive glasses with a manufacturing defect; but if this were the case, the brand would know how to recognize it. – A request for warranty support (free or paid) is systematically subject to validation by the Loïs Kedochim brand, after a video call with the wearer of the glasses. Any abusive request is automatically refused. Any request without an effective video call validated by the Loïs Kedochim team is naturally also refused.  – The date of the dissatisfaction  is the date of the video call , not the date of the first customer request. If the customer’s dissatisfaction is received within 60 days of the order being shipped but without a video call to validate it, and the video call occurs after 60 days of the order being shipped, then the customer’s request may be rejected. The Loïs Kedochim brand informs its customer that if it did not have such a policy, a customer could indicate their dissatisfaction for security reasons before the 60 days of the order being shipped, then decide after the deadline to have their dissatisfaction validated. We are therefore rewriting it: this video call must take place within 60 days of the order being shipped.

The Loïs Kedochim satisfaction guarantee applies for 60 days from the date your order is shipped.  From this date, any possible delays related to shipping are no longer our responsibility. By confirming your order, you expressly consent to this principle.
We have voluntarily extended our satisfaction guarantee well beyond the legal obligations (which impose a 14-day period), precisely to generously integrate any unforeseen logistical issues. You therefore have 60 full days to test, feel, and live with your glasses, even if their delivery took a little longer than expected.

Paid warranty beyond 60 days: strengthened and extended full refund guarantee, free glass replacement beyond 60 days, insurance against breakage, erosion, theft and loss.

🔹 Your responsibility after 60 days

Once 60 days have passed since your order was shipped , you are fully responsible for your product . Any request that has not subscribed to the paid warranty (A or B) will be refused.

📌 Important: This warranty must be purchased at the time of purchase. It will be offered to you when you pay for your glasses. You can, after 24 hours of consideration following your purchase, apply it to your order, or to one or more glasses of your choice. To do so, please contact our team.



1️⃣Warranty A:  
BREAKAGE  – EROSION – DEFECT – LATE CHANGE OF OPINION – CORRECTIONAL EVOLUTION

Reminder :  the free warranty   within 60 days of shipping your order covers   manufacturing  defects , erosion inherent to the product (without trauma to the bezel or intervention of elements external to the bezel),  but not breakage or erosion due to even minimal trauma .   The difference between breakage and erosion/wear inherent to the product is left to the sole decision of the Loïs Kedochim brand. This difference is judged in good faith.  Our team carries out multiple quality checks throughout the value chain, it is very unlikely that you will receive a bezel with a manufacturing defect; but if this were the case, the brand would know how to recognize it. 

📌 Price of Guarantee A: 10 CHF/month for 6 months , then 5 CHF/month from the 7th month .
📌 Minimum commitment: 6 months , after which you can cancel at any time without charge .

✅ What this warranty covers:

  • Accidental breakage of the frame or lenses.
  • Frame wear .
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Late change of mind
  • Change of visual correction and therefore of lenses of equivalent value (or including payment of the difference if your new lens has a higher value).

    These issues must be validated by Loïs Kedochim’s team (via video call and written validation) before being considered valid.

    Solution: Replacement with a new pair of equal or lesser value than the one purchased (and refund of the difference), replacement of the lenses, replacement of the frame, possible repair, or full refund of the value of the glasses.

❌ What this warranty does not cover:

  • Theft or loss (see guarantee B).

📌 Specific conditions:
– Adult with prescription: If you wish to keep the original pair, a fee of CHF 100 will be charged.
– Child with prescription: Fee of CHF 60 to keep the original pair.
– Glasses without prescription: Return is mandatory (Loïs Kedochim will cover the return costs).



2️⃣Warranty B:  
BREAKAGE  – EROSION – DEFECT – THEFT – LOSS – LATE CHANGE OF OPINION – CORRECTIONAL EVOLUTION

📌 Price of guarantee B: 15 CHF/month for 6 months , then 5 CHF/month from the 7th month .
📌 Minimum commitment: 6 months , after which you can cancel at any time without charge .

✅ What this warranty covers:

  • All elements of the previous warranty (breakage, erosion, manufacturing defect, change of visual correction and therefore of lenses).
  • Theft and loss of your glasses (with declaration to the local authorities in the event of theft).


    These issues must be validated
      by Loïs Kedochim’s team (via video call and written validation).

    Solution: Replacement with a new pair  of equal or lesser value than the one purchased (and refund of the difference),  or  full refund of the value of the glasses.

3️⃣Additional option – Thin or progressive lens

This option is  mandatory in addition  to one of the A or B guarantees if your glasses have special lenses.

📌Single price, per pair of glasses:

  • Thinned  : 20 CHF

  • Progressive  : 60 CHF
    (One-off payment, not monthly)

📌How to subscribe:
Add this option according to the characteristics of  each pair of glasses insured .

🧾Examples:

  • A pair of glasses with thinned AND progressive lenses = 20 + 60 CHF = 80 CHF

  • Two glasses: one with thinned lens, the other with thinned lens + progressive = 20 + (20 + 60) = 100 CHF



🔹 General Rules & Subscription

  • Insurance must be purchased at the time of purchase of the glasses (it can only be added up to 24 hours after purchase).
  • A single subscription can cover multiple glasses , depending on the quantity selected.
  • The guarantee is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • A video call with the wearer is mandatory for any support request. Only the date of the video call is taken into account to formalize the date of the problem, if the problem is recognized as valid by the Loïs Kedochim team.

📌 ⚠️All warranty requests (free or paid) are subject to validation by Loïs Kedochim. If the request is deemed abusive or does not comply with the conditions, support will be refused.
