You can:
1. become a B2B reseller (place an initial order of more than 10 non-prescription glasses by calling +41 76 779 09 19) – which requires purchasing and managing inventory,or 2. become a prescriber or affiliate partner. This model involves no inventory management or customer service. You simply introduce Loïs Kedochim eyewear and are compensated based on your results.
- Regarding a paid partnership with a fixed fee, it’s simple: you need at least 200,000 subscribers/followers on your main platform, and this isn’t the only requirement. We have our own evaluation criteria.

As I often say in job interviews, we’re crazy. Crazy about light, hard work, risk, and passion. If you’re crazy too, here are some pros and cons of working with us.
Advantages :

2. No bullshit jobs: the company serves people. No senseless tasks, no lack of recognition supposedly driving performance (in traditional employment, employees are motivated by being told they’re not up to scratch without constructive criticism), no boss whims, and an emotionally stable team, no presenteeism, no gossip, a data-driven and nature-driven team—that’s it. We truly have a mission: to help people fulfill the destiny they were born with, but which has been obscured by modern society. This destiny, inherently beneficial to humanity, requires monumental work, accomplished through the energy we naturally give back to the people we help. An energy we must demonstrate at every moment, in every interaction with anyone who comes into contact with the brand.
3. Remote work: The majority of the positions we fill are done from “the comfort of your garden (private or public).” Not the comfort of being inside your home, or only partially. We require you to spend time outdoors. We require that your calls take place outdoors, except in cases of force majeure or tasks requiring you to focus on working from home. You can work from anywhere, as long as you’re in comfortable conditions and it suits your clients (be mindful of time zone differences).
4. Part-time work possible: when you do something, you do it thoroughly. Get things done, as they say. In theory, this is going to be a long-term partnership. You can also provide support during sales periods. But if you think part-time remote work means vacation, go play somewhere else.
Disadvantages:
1. Greatness has a cost. We’re passionate. We’re close to our clients, we have real strength, real energy, which we draw from our minds and bodies. Working with us requires energy, kindness, practical intelligence, and, of course, absolute alignment with our values and vision. We only want the best of the best, but the problem is that the people who make it aren’t always confident enough. To thrive with us, you’ll need ongoing training and mandatory professional development on essential concepts that you’ll learn alongside us.
2. There’s no other way. Every specialized role has its own inherent challenges related to delivering value to our clients: nothing that delivers value comes easily.
