By placing an order with the Loïs Kedochim brand, operated by LKSA Limited (Unit 7, 21/F., Yen Sheng Centre, 64 Hoi Yuen Road, Kowloon East, Hong Kong, registration number 77694129), the customer accepts without reservation all the conditions described below. The Loïs Kedochim brand is a registered trademark (no. 795437, Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, Bern). All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these conditions, evidenced by the validation of the shopping cart or electronic signature.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read the Trust Relationship Charter applicable to Non-Members, Members, and Creators, and accepts it without reservation. This charter defines the framework for protection, support, and responsibility specific to each status, as well as the spirit in which Loïs Kedochim views its relationship with its clients. It forms an integral part of these general terms and conditions of sale, along with the warranties, service procedures, and product usage guidelines. Placing an order constitutes full and complete acceptance of this charter and its implications.

The products offered include eyeglasses with or without prescription lenses, specific lenses (NIGHT, NIGHT PRO, DAY mineral, DAY organic), accessories, as well as handcrafted items made of wool, leather, iron, and beeswax. Prescription eyeglasses are custom-made based on the information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information within the specified timeframe. In the event of missing or incorrect information, the brand reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or manufacture the order based on the available information, without any entitlement to compensation.

NIGHT and NIGHT PRO products alter visual perception and increase the propensity for sleep. Their use is strictly prohibited in any situation requiring sustained vigilance, particularly driving. Due to their nature, DAY mineral lenses present inherent risks in case of breakage. The use of any product is the sole responsibility of the customer, who acknowledges being aware of its characteristics, limitations, and precautions for use. Loïs Kedochim products and content do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment.

Delivery generally takes place within an average of 80 days after the end of the sales period. It is free of charge, with no fees upon receipt, as taxes and customs duties are covered by the brand, unless otherwise stated. The customer is contacted before shipment to adjust the delivery address or date if necessary. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the personalized products. In the event of non-collection of the package, redelivery fees may apply.

Payment is made by credit card via a secure platform. Installment payment plans may be offered. In this case, shipping will only occur after full payment. Any unpaid, fraudulent, or irregular order may be canceled. In the event of a refund, fees charged by payment intermediaries may be deducted and remain the responsibility of the customer.

The customer benefits from a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of order shipment. This guarantee allows, after validation by the brand, an exchange or refund provided that the product is returned in new condition, without any signs of use, with all its accessories. Personalized products benefit from this guarantee under exceptionally extended conditions, excluding cases of breakage, loss, theft, improper use, or incorrect data provided by the customer. All claims require a video call with the person wearing the product. The brand reserves the right to refuse any request deemed abusive or inconsistent with the brand’s ethos.

Beyond 60 days after shipment, the customer is fully responsible for their product, unless they have subscribed to a Member or Creator membership or a specific warranty. The paid warranties A and B, offered separately, cover breakage, wear and tear, changes in prescription, theft, or loss, depending on the circumstances, within the limits, timeframes, and conditions defined at the time of subscription. Each pair of glasses can only be covered once every 18 months. Warranties are non-transferable, non-transferable, and subject to prior approval.

Products made of wool, leather, beeswax, or iron are handcrafted items made from natural or recycled materials.

Natural variations in texture, color, or shape are inherent to their nature and do not constitute defects. Their evolution over time is an integral part of their value. Their use and care are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the recommendations provided. No claims will be accepted for natural variations, normal wear and tear, or improper use.

The personal data collected (photos, prescriptions, measurements) is used exclusively for the manufacture and fitting of the products. It may be shared with technical partners with the customer’s consent and is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. Reviews, photos, or testimonials may be used for communication purposes, unless expressly objected to.

Any resale or redistribution of Loïs Kedochim products without written authorization is strictly prohibited. Any substantial alteration to the condition of a product during resale constitutes a violation of trademark rights, in accordance with applicable European case law.

The brand cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences related to the use of the products, including physiological effects related to wearing glasses or changes in visual perception. The information published on the website is provided for informational purposes only and may be modified at any time.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing that, the Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
