You’ll have access to over a hundred emails, most of which will redirect you to an unlisted YouTube video offering easy-to-apply advice to help you improve one of the five fundamentals I believe in: natural rhythms—especially circadian rhythm, seasonal rhythms, and temperature—nutrition and hydration, physical and mental activity, and love, my guiding principle. These emails and videos were created and sent daily in 2023.
